Tasks
- Support supervisors in leadership tasks and daily operations.
- Manage patient admissions, including outpatient and emergency cases.
- Coordinate bed planning and ensure data accuracy for surgery.
Skills
- Commercial training (Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ) is required.

Your area of responsibility
- Support of superiors in leadership tasks
- Collaboration in daily business reception/patient admission/bed management
- Operation of the telephone switchboard and counter
- Patient admissions outpatient and inpatient, as well as emergency and regular admissions
- Clarifications regarding hospital cost coverage including collection of deposit payments for foreign patients
- Processing of mail and notifications to civil registry offices
- Responsibility for planning, coordination and summons of patients
- Recording administrative and medical data for surgery planning (in cooperation with surgeons)
- Responsible for bed planning
- Participation in projects
- Participation in patient billing
Your skills
- Commercial employee EFZ (or equivalent training)
- Professional experience in healthcare is an advantage
- Communication in other languages
- Very good IT skills
- Enjoyment in analysing and improving processes
- Quick comprehension and networked thinking
- Team-oriented, helpful and committed working style
- Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours (including weekends and public holidays)
