These are your tasks

• You prepare our seminar and event rooms according to the event order
• You look after our guests and organisers during the event
• You provide catering, technology and infrastructure
• You check the rooms and carry out follow-up and billing according to specifications
• You work closely with the various departments
• You support banquets and special events
• You take on general cleaning and maintenance tasks

What we expect from you

• You have completed training in hospitality/catering or have comparable professional experience
• You bring experience in the seminar, event or banquet sector
• You love guest contact, are communicative and always remain courteous and friendly
• You have a strong service awareness and are willing to go the extra mile for our guests
• You are reliable, have a quick grasp and a good sense of our guests’ needs
• You speak fluent German; additional language skills are a plus
