Activities
- Independent setup and operation of various machines such as CNC turning and milling centers, CNC cylindrical grinding machine, thread rolling machine
- Manufacturing of individual parts and small series
- Creating and optimizing CNC programs (workshop programming)
- Continuous optimization of processes and manufacturing technologies with a focus on reducing throughput and process times
Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic
- High quality awareness
- Good PC user skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Solid experience with various CNC machines for chip-removing machining
- Okuma and CAM knowledge (TopSolid) advantageous
- Working in 3-shift operation
