As a Group Reporting & Consolidation Specialist, you take on a key role in group-wide financial management. You ensure that our financial statements, reports and planning processes are precise, efficient and transparent – and actively contribute to the further development of our global finance landscape.

Your main tasks

• Group-wide monthly closing — coordination of the group’s monthly closing process including preparation of the monthly internal group reporting and management presentations
• Consolidation & reporting tools — operational owner for consolidation, reporting and budgeting systems (master data maintenance, interfaces, user support)
• Budget & business plan — planning, analysis and preparation of the presentation of the annual budget and business plan
• Group allocations — process and knowledge owner for group allocations including recalculations, coordination of chargebacks to country companies as well as tax ruling alignments
• Finance collaboration — close cooperation with global finance teams, provision of relevant analyses and communication of changes in guidelines and instructions
• Process optimisation — further development and simplification of controlling processes, tools and systems to increase efficiency and data quality

Your profile

• Degree in controlling/finance with at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
• Very good knowledge of MS Office products and high IT affinity
• Interest and ability to create KPIs & dashboards
• Analytical, structured and independent working style with a high quality standard
• Team player with strong communication skills. German and English at a very high level
• Experience with SAP, SAC or BOFC is a plus
