Business Risk Manager Compliance Sell-Side Research (m/f/d)

The multiple award-winning research department of Zürcher Kantonalbank is a lively area with constantly new ideas and innovations. We cover around 190 public companies, real estate funds and investment foundations throughout Switzerland as well as about 180 bond issuers – more than any other institution in Switzerland. Our analysts thus form the most significant research team in the country. As a Business Risk Manager, you ensure that all compliance requirements are met at all times, take the lead in their monitoring and documentation, and continuously develop the existing processes. For the analysts, the department management and the bank's control room, you are the central contact person in day-to-day business for all compliance matters.

• Advising and supporting analysts and department management in complying with compliance requirements
• Analysing, reviewing and continuously optimising processes and controls in the area of compliance and business risk
• Checking, monitoring and documenting compliance-relevant matters in the area of financial analysis
• Preparing and conducting controls for the research department management within the department's control framework
• Acting as a sparring partner for analysts on compliance questions
• Assuming the deputy role for the Business Development management

• Completed studies in economics, law or a comparable education
• Several years of experience as a sell-side equity analyst, compliance officer or business risk manager in a research unit
• Very good understanding of financial analysis, especially compliance-relevant aspects
• Very good MS Office skills, especially in the use of Word and Excel
• You keep an overview even with a variety of tasks and work precisely and conscientiously
• You convince with a confident manner, quick comprehension and a high service orientation
• Resilience under time pressure as well as teamwork and strong communication skills complete your profile
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
