Caretaker 100%- Support of building services (ventilation, air conditioning, heating, fire alarm system, etc.)
- Conducting inspection rounds
- Ticket processing in the Fieldflex tool
- Organisation and optimisation of workflows
- Internal relocations
- Coordinating maintenance and service work as well as carrying out minor repair and maintenance tasks
- Quality checks in cleaning
- Accompanying third-party companies
- Completed training as a Facility Management Specialist EFZ or equivalent
- Professional experience in a similar position with experience in managing building services systems
- Good PC skills and willingness to work with various tools
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written, and a communicative manner
