The Plattenhof living space in Horgen offers 24 residents a supervised living situation with night duty. In a protected environment, self-confidence and the ability to manage everyday life independently are to be strengthened, and self-responsibility and stability promoted.

Are you a psychiatric specialist looking for a professional perspective in social psychiatry / social pedagogy? Then you are right with us!
Your tasks
- Participation in the support and promotion of a maximum of 24 adult residents
- Case management within the framework of key worker duties for 2 to 4 residents
- Collaboration with medical and therapeutic professionals and authorities
- Support of the team with your psychiatric expertise
- Participation in the medication and emergency department
- 24-hour / 365-day operation with one to two night duties per month, on site
Your profile
- HF/FH degree as a nursing specialist with a focus on psychiatry or psychiatric experience
- Enjoyment in shaping and taking on responsibility
- Confident application skills in MS Office, including Outlook
- Good work organization and team competence
- Motivation to accompany people with mental disabilities in the long term
- Humor and a positive attitude towards life
