What is my role?

• You are the right hand of the workshop manager and step in when it counts - organisation and management of the workshop operations are in your hands

• You cleverly assign your team and ensure that everyone is at the right wrench at the right time

• You pitch in yourself and ensure that all service and repair work, maintenance and servicing are completed on time

• When things get tricky, you are in demand: you create precise diagnoses and crack even the toughest technical nuts

• You keep an overview, motivate your team and ensure that the place runs smoothly - even when it gets hectic

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as an automotive specialist or automotive mechatronics technician

• Additional training as a diagnostician is an advantage or willingness to complete it

• Good German skills for communication with team and customers

• Driving licence category B
