- to accompany and support people in everyday life,
- to perform initial nursing tasks under professional supervision,
- to confidently apply your theoretical knowledge in practice,
- to learn from experienced staff and receive valuable feedback,
- to get to know the varied daily routine in a geriatric hospital or care centre.

- have successfully completed the theoretical SRK basic course,

- have good German language skills (at least level B1)
