Movement Constructor (M/F)
Tasks and Responsibilities

Design and develop new watch movements (conventional and complications), from preliminary studies to final construction, ensuring compliance with established quality standards and guidelines.

Ensure the evolution and optimisation of existing products by modifying and integrating new features.

Develop and maintain comprehensive and structured technical documentation for each study project.

Actively contribute to the selection of the best technical solutions during the development process.

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (laboratory, logistics, production, etc.) for the development, testing, and validation of new products.
Profile

Education and Experience: Holder of a Technician or Engineer diploma in mechanics with confirmed specialisation in watch construction. You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in movement construction.

Technical Skills: Advanced mastery of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, notably Catia V5. Proficiency with common office software (Microsoft Office).

Personal Qualities: Rigorous, organised, and dynamic, you are recognised for your critical thinking. You are proactive and a source of suggestions in the pursuit of continuous improvement.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent team spirit and ability to manage diverse interlocutors. Your experience and technical knowledge allow you to position yourself as a recognised collaborator within your work environment.
