Your tasks: Laying and perfecting
In this role, you are responsible for the entire range of floor coverings, as variety is highly valued with us:
Prepare the substrate: You sand and fill the floors so that the new covering lies absolutely flat later.
Material variety: You lay parquet, linoleum, or plastic coverings so that every customer gets exactly what they want.
Cutting and assembly: You fit skirting boards and profiles precisely because a clean finish is the most important.
Renovation: You sand old floors and reseal them so they shine again in fresh brilliance.
Quality control: You constantly check your work yourself because customer satisfaction is our common goal.
Your profile – knowledgeable and motivated
To convince directly in Biel, you bring the following:
Training: You have completed an apprenticeship as a Floor Layer EFZ or have extensive experience in this profession.
Craftsmanship: You master the use of adhesives and laying tools because you are a true practitioner.
Mobility: A category B driving license is important so that you can easily reach the various construction sites in the Biel region.
Language: You speak good German or French because Biel is a bilingual city and we appreciate both languages.
Attitude: You are reliable and also enjoy working in a team because together we achieve the best results.
