You develop travel ideas, combine routes, refine details, and ensure that in the end, it’s not just a booking – but a really good feeling. • Completed travel agency apprenticeship or comparable training, tourism vocational school or tourism studies
• Professional experience with tour operators or in travel agencies
• Enthusiasm and flair for travel worldwide
• Joy in advising, selling, and organizing individual trips
• Good system knowledge of Galileo/Smartpoint, MS Office, and industry-standard reservation systems
• Fluent language skills in German and English; French is an advantage
• Precise and responsible way of working
