Your mission:

In addition to your tasks as an electrical engineer in which you ensure the realization of study and renewal projects, as well as expertise in the field of electrical machines, voltage regulation, and commissioning coordination, you are the technical guarantor of the "Energy Production" group and contribute to the management of the unit in collaboration with the unit manager.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and carry out projects in the field of electrical machines from the preliminary project phase to the operational phase
• Propose and implement technical improvements to optimize the operation of installations
• Provide technical support to maintenance managers of various hydroelectric facilities
• Contribute to technological watch and the maintenance of technical knowledge as well as training in the "Energy Production" field
• Ensure particular technical expertise in the "Energy Production" field for which you serve as a technical reference and expert
• Train and supervise inexperienced collaborators using your technical, social, and interpersonal skills
• Collaborate with the unit manager on human resource management, planning, and monitoring of the unit's work
• Participate in design reviews, drafting, updating, and applying the unit's technical standards

Your skills:

• EPF or HES engineer in electrical engineering
• 5 to 10 years of experience in the field of electrical machines
• Proven experience in the "Energy Production" field
• Organizational and decision-making skills necessary for managing the "Energy Production" group
• Autonomy and sense of responsibility
• Native French or German speaker with very good knowledge of the other language
