As part of a replacement, we are currently looking for a Beauty Institute Manager capable of supporting their team and embodying the values of Body Minute on a daily basis.

We are looking for our future Institute Manager to join our team.

You are passionate about aesthetics, enjoy customer contact, and wish to progress to a managerial position while continuing to practise your profession? Then this role is for you!

Your responsibilities

As a Beauty Institute Manager, you are the true pillar of the establishment. You ensure the smooth daily running of the institute and are responsible for the quality of the customer experience, commercial performance, and team cohesion.

Your activity is divided between 80% aesthetic treatments in the cabin and 20% management and administrative tasks.

You will be expected to:

• Perform aesthetic treatments and guarantee an impeccable level of quality.
• Advise customers, develop sales of products, treatments, and Body Minute subscriptions.
• Ensure a customer experience faithful to the brand’s values and oversee customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Recruit, integrate, train, and support team members in their development.
• Organise schedules and coordinate the team’s daily activities.
• Lead, motivate, and unite your team around the institute’s objectives.
• Manage the cash register, orders, and stock monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, hygiene standards, and Body Minute quality standards.
• Monitor the institute’s performance indicators and implement necessary actions to achieve set goals.

Your profile

• Certified beautician or equivalent training (an asset).
• IPL diploma recognised in Switzerland (an asset).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in aesthetics.
• Experience in team management or coordination is a real advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service orientation.
• Dynamic, organised, autonomous, and possessing good leadership.
• Passionate about the beauty and cosmetics industry.
• Fluency in French; any other language is an asset.
