- You competently and lovingly accompany our residents in everyday life
- You independently carry out nursing measures
- You are part of an interdisciplinary team that supports each other
- You contribute to continuous improvement processes and help to further develop our procedures together
- You help ensure that people feel seen and appreciated
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist (FaGe) or equivalent qualification
- Enjoy working with elderly people
- Sense of responsibility, team spirit, and a sense of humor
- Motivation, professionalism, and an open heart
- Interest in Lean Management and enjoyment in critically questioning and actively optimizing processes
