Your Main Tasks

• Care and support of pre- and postoperative patients in collaboration with HF/FH nursing professionals
• Needs-oriented and respectful support in difficult situations
• Taking over department-specific tasks in coordination, logistics, and administration
• Individual, professionally sound support of FaGe trainees
• Planning, accompanying, and reflecting on learning processes at eye level
• Designing practical training situations according to the Cognitive Apprenticeship Model (CAS)
• Conducting assessments and documenting learning progress
• Promoting an open learning atmosphere in close cooperation with the interprofessional team

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist (Fachfrau Gesundheit or Fachmann Gesundheit)
• Advantage: Experience in acute care, ideally in a surgical discipline
• Pedagogical further training (SVEB certificate or willingness to complete it)
• Strong interest in the field and/or willingness to familiarize yourself with it
• Enjoyment in supporting and developing young people
• Motivated, communicative, and resilient personality with team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work flexible hours (shift work)
