About the job
Our Offer
We provide people with cognitive and multiple disabilities at three locations with a home, individual support, and opportunities to develop. The focus of our work is the quality of life of our clients: we offer them as much freedom as possible and at the same time as much support as necessary.
At the three locations, we offer education, housing, therapy, and day structure for people from childhood to adulthood. At the special education school Ilgenhalde in Fehraltorf for children and adolescents, as well as Ilgenmoos in Effretikon and Ilgenpark in Ramsen for adults, we create flexible offers to meet individual needs. As a learning organisation, we continuously adapt to scientific and societal developments and insights.
