Head of Mechanical Manufacturing 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Coordination and management of the mechanical department: planning staff deployment and structuring orders according to priority and deadlines

• Manufacturing workpieces from single, small and medium series

• Independently programming (Mastercam), setting up and operating CNC turning and milling machines

• Inspecting manufactured parts and documenting results

• Managing measuring instruments and clamping devices of the mechanical department

• Ordering tools for the mechanical department

• Maintaining and servicing testing devices, tools and operating materials of the mechanical department

• Maintaining machines and tools of the mechanical department

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic specialising in milling and turning

• Experience in leading employees or motivation to take on management tasks

• Practical experience with CNC lathes and CNC milling machines (3- and 4-axis)

• Age: 30 to 55 years

• Independent and networked way of thinking

• Responsible personality

• Careful, precise and swift working style

• Good level of German language skills, both spoken and written

• Experience with Fanuc and Heidenhain controls desirable
