As part of the development of the Events & Sponsorship department, we are looking for a communication-oriented intern to support the visibility and outreach of our events, with a genuine prospect of long-term integration for high-performing profiles.
Job Description
Your mission
Event Communication
- Communication support for the group’s events, from preparation to on-site presence and post-event follow-up
- Creation of newsletters, journeys and workflows on HubSpot
- Implementation and monitoring of satisfaction surveys
- Creation of websites dedicated to events
- Publication and updating of events on the Intranet
- Writing whitepapers following the events
- Development of social media campaigns to promote events and recruit participants
- On-site presence during events for communication coverage (content, live social media, photo/video capture)
SEO, web content & CMS
- SEO optimisation of the website, notably reviewing pages dedicated to medical specialties, in collaboration and validation with doctors
- Writing blog articles according to an editorial plan, directly in the CMS
(ideally ProcessWire) - Management and updating of data in HubSpot (CRM)
Patient journeys
- Reflection and development of new communication journeys for patients
(patient journeys) - Creation of corresponding newsletters
- Performance analysis (engagement, visibility, feedback)
- Administrative support related to projects
Qualifications
Your profile
- Training in marketing, communication or equivalent
- Strong interest in digital, project management and event communication
- Good understanding of social networks and content logic
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM (ideally HubSpot), as well as SEO and CMS management (ideally ProcessWire)
- Ability to produce simple, effective and quality content
- Creative, structured and execution-oriented
- Good command of office tools and creative tools (Canva, Adobe or equivalent)
- Very good command of German (written and spoken), a real asset for project follow-up in German-speaking Switzerland
- Interest in medium-term development in the field
This position is aimed at a profile capable of evolving in a demanding environment, with a fast pace and high expectations in terms of quality and responsiveness.
