Job Description
- Responsibility for the further development of the assigned area
- Ensuring cooperation between the own team and other departments
- Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external partners
- Recruitment, leadership, qualification, and further development of employees
- Conducting goal and qualification discussions
- Optimizing workflows with regard to safety, quality, efficiency, and personnel planning
- Planning of daily, service, and vacation times
- Ensuring and controlling correct documentation and performance recording
- Monitoring the proper application of medical products
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations
- Participation in internal and group-wide projects
- Membership in the management team
Qualifications
- Dipl. Expert in Intensive Care NDS HF
- Several years of leadership experience, ideally with leadership/business management training
- Enthusiasm for changes and projects
- High social competence, assertiveness, communication skills
- Independent, business-oriented thinking
- Confident communication at all levels
- Willingness to innovate
- Flexible, reliable, organized, innovative
- Resilient and goal-oriented even in stressful situations
