A conscientious team leader is sought for an idyllically located nursing home on the Gold Coast in the canton of Zurich, available immediately or by arrangement. As part of a careful succession planning, you will take over the position as the current incumbent is retiring after a well-deserved retirement.

• You are responsible for a nursing department and are in charge of personnel and professional leadership
• You also create the duty roster for your team while adhering to the guidelines
• You take the lead in team meetings and maintain close and regular communication with the PDL
• You will have ample space to contribute your ideas and drive sustainable development in the department and the house
• Your exciting area of responsibility is perfected by developing and collaborating on various concepts and processes

• Completed training as a qualified nursing professional HF/FH/DN II or equivalent SRK recognition
• You have proven professional and leadership experience in the long-term care sector
• You can communicate flawlessly in German both orally and in writing and possess IT affinity
• Additionally, you are a person who is passionate and a team player/role model

• A fascinating professional activity with planned office days in a professional environment, providing a weekly working time of 40 hours
