Your Tasks
- Teaching activities in the Bachelor's degree program Social Work, focusing on the field of Socioculture
- Module responsibility in the Bachelor's degree program C14 in the module "Participation and Participatory Processes"
- Teaching in modules of the Bachelor's degree program C14 and in the Interdisciplinary Study Offer ISA, such as: "Working in and with Groups", "Core Competencies of Sociocultural Action", "Knowledge Integration and Positioning"
- Supervision of students in practical training, practical projects, and case workshops
- Collaboration in international research and development projects, especially in the project "Coaching for Employment and Entrepreneurship" with 1-2 week stays abroad
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Social Work or related discipline, preferably with a content focus on Sociocultural Animation
- Practical experience in areas of Sociocultural Animation
- Didactic skills/teaching experience and learning process support
- Higher education didactic qualifications
- Experience in designing participatory processes and moderation skills
- Communicative and proactive personality with a strong interest in teamwork
- Very good language skills in English, additional skills in French are an advantage
