- Actively shape the future-oriented development of Spitex
- Delegative leadership (professional, organizational, and personnel)
- Accompany team processes and master challenging situations with a solution-oriented approach
- Live interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration and create participation opportunities
- Support our tenants individually in their new home
- Be a contact person for our tenants, their relatives, and their network
Become part of the Hottingen Senior Center, which is part of the "Living and Housing in Old Age" business area of Gesundheitswelt Zollikerberg. It offers 150 tenants modern and self-determined living in old age. With innovative projects, we contribute to the highest possible quality of life and usually enable a home until the end of life. Focus areas such as participation and palliative care guide us.
A medical practice, additional services, and a public restaurant complement the range of offerings. In total, more than 50 employees work in the areas of nursing, gastronomy, housekeeping, technical service, and administration.

The Hottingen Senior Center is an operation of the Diakoniewerk Neumünster Foundation – Swiss Nursing School. It offers 150 tenants modern assisted living in old age. The Oase restaurant and seminar rooms also belong to it. In total, more than 50 employees work in the areas of nursing, gastronomy, housekeeping, technical service, and administration.
