The Secondary School and Vocational Education Office of the Canton of Zurich is committed to secondary schools, vocational schools, providers of preparatory vocational years, and training companies. In the Department of Operational Education, which supervises vocational basic education and works closely with training companies and labor market organizations (OdA), a position as Clerk 40% is to be filled as of January 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your area of responsibility
The focus of your area of responsibility includes administrative tasks for the entire Department of Operational Education and the Services and Systems area. You take responsibility for the preparation of service agreements and the administrative controlling of inter-company course providers and are responsible for controlling school fee accounting.
Your profile
For this area of responsibility, you bring a federal diploma as a commercial clerk as well as professional experience in the commercial field. You have a confident command of German and are a skilled Office and system user. You reliably create evaluations and work with Excel spreadsheets. You enjoy a diverse field of work and are resilient. You approach various stakeholders attentively and impartially, are organizationally strong, and service-oriented.
