Together with around 12 employees, you ensure the sales success of your department as the Department Manager for Textiles.
Your plan: You promote and develop your employees. This way, you implement the company strategy as a team.
You think and act entrepreneurially. This ensures that the right goods are always on the shelves and that they look top-notch.

You are determined, solution-oriented, and a winning sales personality – ideally with leadership experience in a department store? That would be perfect.
Thanks to your vocational training in retail, you are a professional in your field. You have ideally acquired your business management skills through further training as a retail specialist.
We expect you to have perfect written and spoken German. You can score points with us if you speak additional foreign languages.
You are also very familiar with common Office programmes.
