IT Application Manager / Service Manager (a)

Your tasks with us

• You jointly manage central business applications such as automation flows, PLM, ERP, CRM, time tracking, and collaboration solutions with international teams
• You work closely with business stakeholders, IT colleagues, and external partners at various locations and support the harmonisation and further development of our global application and process landscape
• You coordinate external service providers and software manufacturers and ensure efficient, stable, and high-quality operation of the systems
• You identify potentials for the use of AI, automation, and digital technologies and apply these to optimise business processes
• You take responsibility for selected business applications throughout their entire lifecycle – from requirements analysis and conception through implementation to go-live and continuous development

Your profile

• You have completed training with further education in business informatics or computer science and bring solid IT basic knowledge
• You are an implementation-strong personality who actively tackles challenges and drives change instead of waiting for solutions
• Ideally, you have already gained experience with PLM, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications and know the basics of their data models and interfaces
• You are familiar with SQL and have a good understanding of relational databases as well as modern integration and interface technologies (REST APIs, web services, data integration)
• You have experience with modern collaboration platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 and are interested in the automation, AI, and digitalisation of processes with technologies like the Microsoft Power Platform
• You work very structured, independently, and gladly take on responsibility – also in an international environment and across departmental and location boundaries
• You bring strong communication skills, team spirit, and a solution-oriented working style
• You enjoy getting to know new technologies and applications, remain willing to learn, and can confidently communicate in German and English
