WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE
Project administration:- Order processing and monthly billing of our services
- Management of customer contracts, project master data management, cost ceiling control
- Assistance in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Recording of supplier invoices
- Financial accounting; periodic account reconciliation, especially with payroll accounting
- Assistance in controlling and preparation of financial reports
- Administrative tasks; including reception, telephone together with the team at the Zurich location
HOW TO SUCCEED
As a winning and trustworthy personality with a high service orientation, you appreciate communication and collaboration with various stakeholders? In addition to your responsibility for all administrative matters of the project administration of our external employees, you bring your pronounced flair for numbers, your analytical thinking as well as your structured and conscientious way of working in financial accounting. Do you also bring the following experience?- Commercial basic training (EFZ or other equivalent qualification)
- Further training as an accounting clerk, or interest in completing this soon
- Experience in financial accounting and/or project administration
- Confident German and very good English skills
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. ERP knowledge Abacus
- Are you willing to work overtime in the first half of the month due to workload and compensate in the second half of the month and take your holidays?
