What you achieve

• You shape the digital future of our insurance, customer and partner processes in an agile organisation and ensure a convincing customer experience.
• In close collaboration with product owners, development teams, subject matter experts and other stakeholders, you analyse existing business processes, identify optimisation potentials and develop viable professional solutions from them.
• You create professional specifications, accompany the implementation, testing, roll-out and ensure that the solution meets the professional requirements as well as the customer needs.

What you bring

• You have a degree (FH/Uni) in business informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Process Manager or in a comparable role ideally qualify you for this position.
• Ideally, you are familiar with insurance, customer and partner processes. Experience from other industries with complex business processes as well as a strong interest in insurance topics are also welcome.
• You understand how to quickly grasp complex professional contexts, prepare them understandably and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Good communication and moderation skills, tact and empathy in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders characterise your personality.
