Your tasks with your new employer

• You manage a production and logistics team, ensuring coordination and skills development
• You guarantee safety, quality, and deadline objectives by relying on performance indicators
• You lead concrete improvement actions while ensuring compliance with HSQE standards
• You optimise the flow of raw materials and finished products to ensure smooth management
• You ensure first-level maintenance and coordinate the intervention of specialised services
• You manage investment projects and coordinate the commissioning of new processes

You offer your new employer

• You have a higher education in industrial engineering, industrial processes, or production management
• You have significant experience in a demanding industrial production environment
• You have already supervised and managed a team of operators during your career
• You have experience in team management in a chemical industrial environment
• You are proficient with IT tools such as ERP, BI systems, and CMMS software
• You demonstrate leadership, rigour, and proactivity, with a real sense of responsibility
