Polymechanic (Team Leader CNC Turning)
Activities
- Team leader CNC turning
- Close cooperation with production planning, design, and milling
- Estimating setup and machining times
- Independent programming with Inventor CAM from STEP, STL, IPT, DXF, or drawing
- Setting up and operating CNC machines / initial sample inspection
- Choosing the right tools, running in the program, and releasing for production
- Ensuring timely and dimensionally accurate production of components
- Preparing and setting up workstations for team members
- Training and supporting colleagues
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic
- Several years of leadership experience
- You are familiar with new programming techniques with Mastercam and/or Inventor-CAM
- Team player
