team leader condominium ownership, 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

tasks

• you are responsible for the professional and personnel management of a small team and share responsibility for the further expansion of the condominium ownership department
• in addition, you manage your own portfolio of co-ownership and condominium ownership, planning and independently conducting meetings with the owners
• communication with the apartment owners, caretakers, authorities and craftsmen is also part of your varied range of tasks, as well as monitoring the properties for their structural condition
• the workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you have several years of professional experience in the management of condominium ownership
• further training as a real estate manager FA (or in training for this) is an advantage
• knowledge of the software RIMO R5 is desirable but not required
• do you consider yourself a well-organised person with an entrepreneurial mindset and a winning manner?
