To complement our team, we are looking for an Event Coordinator (m/f/d) 100% from 1 July 2026 or by arrangement.
As an Event Coordinator, you are responsible for the professional planning, support, and smooth execution of events from the first customer enquiry to complete follow-up.
What to expect with us:
- Professional support and advice for our customers
- Preparation of offers, contracts, and event documentation
- Planning and coordination of events in close collaboration
- Ensuring first-class customer service before, during, and after events
- Preparation of function sheets and ensuring smooth internal communication
- Preparation of invoices and handling of dunning processes
- Maintenance of customer data and active support of sales
- Participation in the optimisation and further development of internal event and sales processes
What you offer us:
- Completed training in hospitality, gastronomy, or commercial field
- Initial professional experience in the event sector is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Confident use of MS Office, knowledge of the Opera system is an advantage
- Strong organisational talent as well as a structured and independent working style
- High customer and service orientation
- Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
- Well-groomed appearance and professional communication skills
