The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being comprehensively modernised through new construction and renovations, complemented by 86 new retirement apartments.

For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for a competent, reliable, and committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement as
Cleaning Staff (m/f/d)
Workload 50 – 60 %
With this role you will support us:
- You carry out daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning tasks professionally
- You clean residents’ rooms, public areas, offices, and specialised zones
- You receive requests from residents or staff in a friendly manner and ensure they are followed up
- You consistently adhere to our hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- You are prepared to work shifts between 06:00 and 16:00, on weekdays and weekends

- You have experience in the cleaning sector – ideally in the health or care environment, preferably with relevant training
- You work independently, efficiently, and with a strong sense of responsibility
- You are physically resilient and keep a cool head even in a lively daily routine
- You speak good German or are motivated to improve your language skills
- You are helpful, friendly, and enjoy working in a team
