The Central Authority Adoption assesses the suitability of prospective parents, manages guardianships and custodianships in the area of adoption, and serves as an information center for origin searches. Starting February 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are looking for a motivated, flexible, and linguistically skilled clerk. If you feel comfortable in a hub function and would like to support the specialists of the Central Authority Adoption in administrative and organizational matters, we look forward to getting to know you.
Your profile
- You have a commercial basic education and at least 2 years of professional experience.
- You are proficient and efficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Your patience and helpfulness make you the perfect contact person by phone, email, or letter.
- You work focused and independently in a dynamic environment.
- You value precise record-keeping and bring structure to your work.
- You appreciate diversity and bring a positive attitude to our team.
- You think in networks and are always ready to discover new things and develop yourself further.
- You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills.
- Your open and communicative nature makes you a valuable member of our team.
