- Taking over project management and actively shaping process optimizations in close cooperation with the clinic and site management as well as the COO
Profile
Profile
- University degree (Master's) in business, medicine or nursing or equivalent training
- Leadership and/or project management experience in the Swiss healthcare system and hospital management
- Experience in organizational development and change management
- Conceptual and strategic thinking, solution- and implementation-oriented action, interprofessional and interdisciplinary working methods as well as moderation skills
- High social competence, target group-oriented communication as well as persuasion and assertiveness
