For our client, a leading global technology company based in Baden (Canton Aargau), we are looking for a dedicated and versatile Senior Real Estate Project Manager. This role combines strategic portfolio management with hands-on oversight of commercial interior construction and workplace operations.

Your Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management: Compile, manage, and analyze the organization's portfolio of project and corporate debt/equity. Oversee all reporting requirements in connection with real estate assets and financing.

Stakeholder Management: Develop strong relationships with local finance and HR teams to gather headcount growth projections. Prepare reports for the Regional Real Estate Manager (Southern Europe) to ensure local strategy aligns with global goals.

Project Leadership: Deliver commercial fit-out projects from inception to "go-live." This includes engaging architects and contractors, developing plans, and ensuring full compliance with corporate workplace standards.

Workplace Operations: Guide all facilities and workplace operations to create an exceptional environment that reflects and deepens the company culture.

Procurement & Compliance: Develop and issue RFPs, review construction drawings, and negotiate with vendors. Ensure all real estate contracts and documentation are compliant and that all legal obligations are met.

Mentorship: Act as a Senior Professional, working independently on complex problems while coaching and reviewing the work of junior-level professionals.
Your Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.

Experience: At least 5+ years of professional experience in the project management of commercial real estate interior construction and build-outs.

Technical Expertise: Proven track record in managing RFPs, submittals, and vendor negotiations. Advanced knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel) is required.

Seniority: Strong ability to apply advanced knowledge to complex problems with limited supervision; a self-directed mindset suited for a fast-paced environment.

Soft Skills: Strong relationship-building skills, innovative thinking, and a structured, resilient approach to project delivery.

Languages: Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in Italian or Spanish is considered a significant advantage.
