Your Role in the Resource Pool
The resource pool ensures stability and quality in our residential groups. As a social pedagogue in the resource pool, you support various teams based on needs, quickly integrate into existing structures, and ensure professional continuity in the daily lives of the youth.
Your Field of Activity- Flexible assignments in different residential groups
- Educational support and daily life organization with youth
- Stabilization of group and care situations
- Collaboration with teams and management personnel
- Ensuring basic care and documentation
- Participation in evening, leisure, and weekend activities
- Degree or training as a social pedagogue HF/FH or equivalent
- High flexibility, independence, and teamwork skills
- Reflective, empathetic, and resource-oriented attitude
- Willingness to work night and weekend shifts
- A clearly defined role in an independent resource pool
- Varied and meaningful work
