We are looking for a dispatcher for the service department (m/f/d) to support our team in the Sales Center Switzerland in deployment planning.
What is the role about?
You coordinate service deployments and are the central contact person for customer inquiries regarding malfunctions, repairs, and maintenance.
What tasks will you take on?
- Telephone acceptance of customer inquiries
- Opening of service, repair, and malfunction orders
- Recording technical data according to customer information
- Efficient and economical deployment planning of our technicians throughout Switzerland with related communication to customers
- Forwarding inquiries by e-mail to the technical operations manager or customer service
- Planning and monitoring of maintenance orders
- Planning and coordination of installations and commissioning
- Close cooperation with all interfaces
What do we expect from you?
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role
- Enthusiasm for measurement technology and proficiency in common MS Office software as well as SAP programs
- Fluent communication in German and English, French is an advantage
- Service orientation, analytical thinking, reliability
- Communicative and networked thinking personality
