- From a warm welcome to check-out: you make our guests' stay unforgettable.
- You contribute your expertise – in training sessions and employee discussions as well as in communication with other departments.
- You are the contact person for our guests: competent, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Responsibility for statistics and monthly closings lies in your hands, as well as compliance with our LHW, Forbes, and Kulm standards.
- With your knowledge about the house and the region, you inspire our guests and guarantee a unique guest experience.
Who you are
- Successful training in hospitality or commercial field, with at least 3 years of experience in 5-star hospitality.
- Leadership experience and passion for exceptional service.
- Stylish appearance, host by passion, and joy in guest contact.
- Must-have: German native speaker or bilingual, very good English, additional languages are an advantage.
- Start: From June, 10-month or year-round position possible.
