Tasks

• Supporting, promoting and challenging the HF students makes up about 40% of your activity
• In doing so, you ensure a professional learning environment in collaboration with the responsible training professional
• Furthermore, you provide valuable support in resource-oriented care and support of the residents
• In addition, you conduct the nursing diagnostic process and carry out RAI assessments
• The workload can be chosen between 60% and 80%

Requirements

• You have completed training as a Registered Nurse HF / FH
• For foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required
• The SVEb certificate as a practical trainer is a great advantage (or on the way to obtaining it)
• In addition, pedagogical skills and an authentic role model function are important components of your task
• Do you have didactic-methodical skills and are characterised by a networked way of thinking?
• Do you see yourself as a team-oriented and committed professional?
