About the job
Public Law Lawyer
Geneva
We wish to strengthen the public law department of our Geneva office.
We are looking for an immediate or agreed start for a Public Law Lawyer
- You hold a Swiss lawyer's license and have good academic qualifications (Swiss legal training).
- You have a strong interest in public law – in particular competition law, public procurement law, regulated sectors, foundations and associations (including the field of philanthropy and the Host State Act) – as well as contract law.
- You are proficient in French and English, and have good knowledge of German (at least passive).
- You have an excellent team spirit.
Integrated into our public law group:
- You will be particularly active in mandates dealing with competition law investigations, corporate mergers, public procurement procedures, and administrative law litigation. Our activity also frequently involves advising in these areas.
- You will also be active in the field of philanthropy, for the establishment of public utility associations and foundations, including relations with tax and supervisory authorities, as well as the regular monitoring of these entities and their legal needs. You may also be called upon to work on mandates related to the Host State Act.
- You do not need to have professional experience in these areas. We will be happy to introduce you to these new subjects within a dynamic and open team.
