• Planning, organisation and implementation of national & international trade fairs and events
• Management and coordination of all internal and external project participants
• Development of trade fair and event concepts including storyline
• Budget, time and resource planning as well as project controlling
• Organisation of logistics (materials, transport, set-up/take-down, technology)
• Compliance with safety, compliance and brand guidelines

• Completed training or degree in event management, marketing, communication or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in trade fair or event management
• Experience in planning, managing and implementing complex projects with various stakeholders
• Excellent organisational and communication skills as well as strong customer and service orientation
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work outside usual hours
