Your mission:
- provide quality care in partnership with the patient and their family, respecting the current care philosophy
- promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all members of the establishment
- evaluate your performance and make necessary adjustments aiming for the constant improvement of your interventions
- participate in the development of the service
Your profile:
- nursing diploma or equivalent training
- experience in acute care is an asset
- proficiency in French or German with good knowledge of the other language
- particular interest in multidisciplinary work
- ability to work autonomously and in a team
- sense of organization and responsibilities
- computer skills
