About the job

Your main tasks

• You advise Swiss and international banks, asset managers and other financial service providers on all financial market regulations, including BankG, FINIG, FIDLEG, GwG, KAG, ESG, FINMA licences, etc.
• You prepare legal clarifications on financial market law topics, taking into account Swiss legislation and international influences
• You draft and review regulations and directives and review client files
• You analyse the impact of regulations on financial service providers and develop solutions for implementation with clients

Your profile

• Legal education (university or university of applied sciences)
• Relevant professional experience in the financial sector (compliance and risk management) is an advantage
• Strong customer and team orientation as well as high commitment
• Confident German and good English skills, additional languages are an advantage
