What is my role?

• You are the central interface between professionals and companies looking for qualified employees

• You actively acquire new client companies in your area and build long-term business relationships

• You conduct advisory interviews with candidates, analysing their qualifications and career goals

• You create meaningful job advertisements and publish them on relevant platforms

• You conduct interviews, pre-select suitable candidates and accompany the entire placement process

• You support your clients and candidates throughout the entire application process until the successful signing of the contract

• You maintain and expand your network through active participation in industry events and trade fairs

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed a technical and/or commercial training or a comparable qualification

• Ideally, you have some experience in recruitment consulting, sales or a technical environment

• You have a good commercial or technical understanding and an interest in new professional fields

• You are communicative, persuasive and enjoy engaging with people

• You work independently, goal-oriented and keep an overview even with multiple challenges

• You are fluent in German, further languages are an advantage

• You enjoy networking and bring a strong service orientation
