The Assisted Living Schlossblick in Thun is part of the Glockenthal Retirement Living in Steffisburg, which is an operation of Alterswohnen STS AG. In total, we employ around 85 staff at the Steffisburg and Thun locations. We offer 60 nursing home places in Steffisburg and 27 places for assisted living in Thun. In doing so, we always place the well-being of our residents at the centre of our actions.
This is what your daily routine looks like
- In the Assisted Living Schlossblick Thun, you are solely responsible as a specialist for the care of our 27 residents during the early or middle shift and perform nursing activities according to individual needs.
- You accompany the residents through their daily lives, support them with personal concerns, and help them manage their daily routine.
- Furthermore, you are responsible for medication management, maintain the electronic care documentation careCoach, and record your activities as home care services.
- As part of holistic, considerate care, you also participate in household tasks and meal provision.
- You will be professionally supported by the Assisted Living management and the nursing service management.
This is how you impress us
- You have completed a nursing qualification at functional level 3 or 2 (Dipl. Nurse HF / AKP / PsychKP / DN I / DN II, Specialist in Long-Term Care and Support with federal certificate, Health Specialist EFZ, Care Specialist EFZ) and have at least 2 years of professional experience in long-term care and/or psychiatry.
- You are a cheerful and committed personality who is accustomed to and appreciates responsible, independent as well as team-oriented work.
- You meet the residents at eye level. Working with older people enriches your daily life and brings you joy.
