Are you looking for an exciting challenge in a dynamic work environment? Would you like to take responsibility for coordinating and processing worldwide proxy voting instructions? Do you have a flair for understanding, capturing, and implementing the needs and requirements of our clients into new processes?
Then our Proxy Voting International team looks forward to hearing from you!
Our dynamic and agile team is in daily contact with our clients and supports them with all questions related to proxy voting. As part of our team, you will work very closely with various internal and external stakeholders. We take you and your opinion very seriously and rely on your experience to meet the demands of our sophisticated clients and to continuously improve and further develop our offering.
These are your tasks
- Processing proxy voting instructions and general meeting admission tickets worldwide
- Handling and coordinating disclosure requests (SRDII)
- Troubleshooting (e.g., late votings) and handling special cases
- Identifying, initiating, and supporting process improvements through to finalization
- Responsible participation in projects with direct impact on our product
What you bring with you
- You already have experience in proxy voting or other securities areas or a corresponding education in finance and have project experience
- You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- You remain calm in stressful situations and do not lose overview
- You are analytical and recognize risks and potential sources of error
- You communicate confidently with our clients, custodians, providers, and internal interfaces
