With our four casinos in Zurich, Pfäffikon SZ, St. Gallen, and Schaffhausen, as well as our online casino swisscasinos.ch, we are the leading Swiss casino group. In this role, you design cool events for the Swiss Casinos group and are responsible for the profit center. As part of the marketing team, you work in Zurich but are also on-site in our great casinos in the evenings and on weekends during the events.
- You are responsible for the conception, planning, organization, execution, and marketing of high-quality B2C PAID events throughout the Swiss Casinos group
- You develop and implement sales measures and are responsible for the profitability and achievement of goals (based on KPIs) of the events
- You have responsibility for the profit center and corresponding decision-making powers within the defined budget
- Your other tasks include acquiring and supporting external service providers and partners as well as market and trend observation to identify new event opportunities
- You have a completed education or degree in event management, event organization, tourism, or a comparable field.
- You bring at least 7 years of professional experience in event management, ideally in the entertainment industry in B2C and B2B with you
- Excellent organizational skills (project management) and a high level of attention to detail characterize you
- Creativity and enthusiasm for innovation in developing event concepts and productions are natural to you
- Communication and negotiation skills characterize you
- You are well connected in the event industry
- You bring flexibility and willingness to work in the evenings as well as on weekends and public holidays (at the locations of the Swiss Casinos group) with you
- You communicate confidently in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
