For our Carouge (GE) site we are looking for a

Customer Advisor at Shop Carouge

(Sanitary Installer)

Your main tasks are:

• Technical support and advice to our customers in the shop and showroom
• Technical support and advice by phone and email on our product range
• Creation of delivery notes using SAP
• Orders and stock management using SAP
• Repairs of our tap products on site
• Support of the customer service by preparing materials for orders
• Help and support to our customer service by providing technical advice by phone
• Cash register management

In addition, you occasionally support our after-sales colleagues in external service.

You have training in the sanitary sector (for example sanitary installer, service installer, etc.) as well as several years of professional experience in technical customer service or a similar role. You are familiar with PC use (Word, Excel and ideally SAP). You have a good command of the French language and can communicate well orally. You enjoy customer contact, have team spirit and work in an absolutely reliable manner.
