Would you like to actively help shape the operational shift work in a 7/24h Customer Service Centre and ensure excellent service together with an experienced team? Then our Customer Service Centre in the Banking Services area looks forward to hearing from you. As a Specialist Customer Service Centre, you take on a central role in day-to-day business. You manage the shift operation, support our Customer Service Agents professionally, coordinate escalations and ensure that service levels, quality standards and customer experiences remain the focus at all times. In doing so, you work closely with internal interfaces, act solution-oriented and contribute to the continuous development of our services and processes.
These are your tasks
- You monitor and manage the operational shift work in the Customer Service Centre and ensure the required service levels and quality standards.
- You plan and allocate resource deployment within the shift operation and ensure a stable, customer-oriented daily routine.
- You support, advise and promote Customer Service Agents in operational and professional matters.
- You coordinate escalations in telephone, system and service disruptions and take on demanding customer conversations and complaints if necessary.
- You identify weaknesses in services, processes and tools, address them promptly and support the continuous development of the Customer Service Centre.
This is what you bring
- You have a commercial basic education or A-levels as well as several years of experience in a comparable function or at least four to five years of experience as a Customer Service Agent with corresponding performance evidence.
- You think and act in a strongly customer-, service- and solution-oriented manner and remain calm, reliable and professional even in demanding situations.
- You work independently, analytically, networked and proactively and bring organisational strength, resilience, flexibility as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality.
- You are a team-oriented, loyal and communicative personality with high social competence, confident appearance and very good PC and MS Office user skills.
- You have business fluent German, French, English and Italian skills and are willing to be deployed flexibly in the 7/24h shift operation.
